I was delighted when Operation Transformation got in touch with me to ask if I would like to be a guest on their podcast, as a past leader. I jumped at the chance!
It's hard to believe that I was on the show seven years ago!!! The old feelings came came, especially as I was mad frantic going around the house making sure it was clean and tidy before the camera crew arrived! I know is a podcast but it was filmed for the TV show as well.
Once Katie and I got talking about my favourite subject....ME, the time flew :)
