Page One:
I was up at an early hour to head to The Helix theatre as I am working backstage at the panto Treasure Island.
Oh yes I am!
I am working in Wardrobe, which is a fancy way of saying I am doing the washing and ironing and all the things I put off doing at home!
Ah, the glamour of showbiz.
I went into the laundry room when I arrived and found a lovely birthday present awaiting me! Equally as thoughtful, Bern had also put on the first two loads of washing, saving me that much!
We were in the Green Room between shows when my panto family surprised me.
Then headed to Blanchardstown Center for some retail therapy to treat myself.
So all in all a lovely first day of my new year,
