It was Christmas Eve and my grandnephew and grandniece were doing what any normal 4 and 2 year old were doing, losing the run of themselves with excitement.
Their mother , who was probably at the end of her tether, exclaimed
"Luca, you have to calm down!"
With innocent eyes he looked up at her and announced
"I DON'T HAVE ANY CALM LEFT!!!
Well said Luca. As we adults know
No one in the history of calming down has ever calmed down by being told to calm down.
